Delivery Days
We deliver flowers from 10.00am up to 6.00pm* GMT Monday to Saturday.
*we endeavour to deliver promptly, however there are times when deliveries may run late due to circumstances beyond our control: heavy traffic, roadworks, weather conditions etc.
As a rule, we do not deliver on Sundays (except for Mothering Sunday). However, in certain circumstances, we can deliver, however a premium rate of £25 will be charged up to a 5 mile radius from CV37 6LP, or £30 between 5-10 mile radius from CV37 6LP.
Otherwise, if an order is received for a Sunday it will be delivered the next working day.
But please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific delivery requirements: we will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements if possible.

Click and Collect
We offer a collection service for all our products ordered online. Please select your collection time slot from the Delivery Options when placing your order.
- Store Collection from 10am* – 5pm
*we open at 9am so can have your order ready then, but this is only applicable if your order was received before 5pm the day before.
