GENERAL CONDITIONS

The placing of an order constitutes an agreement by you the customer to purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Pink Sage shall not be liable for any loss of profits, inconvenience, consequential or indirect loss or damage or have any liability to pay compensation other than any refund outlined elsewhere in these conditions.

Our terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part is deemed invalid or unenforceable the validity and enforceability of all other parts shall not be affected. These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

These terms and conditions DO NOT relate to our Wedding Flowers and Events.  Please see our separate terms and conditions in relation to these.

 

Our Products

Our products include but are not limited to Flowers, Plants, Balloons, Vases, Displays and Stands.

If any Flower or other product becomes unavailable or is out of season, we will substitute where appropriate with a similar variety to avoid disappointment. Customers must contact us regarding any goods received which are unsatisfactory within 24 hours of receipt of product and must arrange for the return of goods for a replacement or refund.

We endeavour to make our descriptions and pictures as accurate as possible, however please note that these are only as a likeness for illustration purposes and due certain limitations such as lighting some colours may vary.

Pink Sage cannot guarantee the accuracy of information, specifications, and pricing in any of its published material, or any representations or misrepresentations made by company personnel or its agents.

All bulbs, flowers and plants featured conform to UK regulations.

Pink Sage cannot be held responsible for extraneous variables such as watering, weather or soil conditions faced by our products once they have left our care.

 

Payment and Pricing

For orders placed online, by telephone, email or in person in our shop, payments will be charged at the time of ordering.

We accept the following methods of payment: online Credit Card/ Debit Card, offline Credit/Debit Card, Cash (British Pound Sterling only) and BACS transfers.

If your card issuer or bank refuses to authorise payment to us, we will contact you for further instructions. We will not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery.

All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.

We reserve the right to amend prices where necessary and without notice.  However, where possible, we will endeavour to contact you to advise.

Where a refund is appropriate it will only be made payable to the purchaser of the goods.

Gift Vouchers

We are unable to accept Gift Vouchers online, however customers are able to use their vouchers over the phone or in person in our Shop. Vouchers are personal to each individual and any inappropriate use is fraud.

Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and become void once this date has passed.

 

Distance Selling Regulations (Orders made online only)

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to seven working days after receipt. Please note that this does not extend to living or perishable products (where products have been dispatched).

An order may be cancelled in writing; by telephone or e-mail within seven working days after receipt, providing the order has not already been dispatched to the customer or the product is perishable.

Any goods received, which are found to be unsatisfactory, must be reported within one day of receipt for a free replacement in the first instance. This does not apply to fresh flowers where replacements will be sent at our discretion.

Where non-perishable goods are to be returned you must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, promptly, at your cost.

We can arrange collection of larger items, but you will be charged for this service at cost.

We reserve the right to cancel any order.

 

Dispatch Information / P&P

All cut flowers can be delivered within a 10-mile radius of our Shop.

Orders may be collected from our Shop, subject to prior arrangement.

Delivery will be calculated depending on the product and distance from our shop. It will be clearly displayed in the online shopping basket, the value of which may update depending on the value of goods in your basket.

A replacement (or refund at our discretion) request for undelivered items will only be accepted after a period of 20 working days has elapsed from the date of dispatch.

Pink Sage cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods where the delivery address given is incorrect, the addressee has moved away or is absent, or the addressee has failed to collect or rearrange the delivery of goods with us.

Where instructions for goods to be left are given, this is done so at the customer/addressee's own risk.

In addition, when providing or entering any personal information on our website, in person or in writing, you affirm that it is genuine, accurate and current in all respects. You will need to notify us of changes to your personal information by contacting us as soon as possible.

All personal information we collect is treated as confidential. When making an order. you may be required to enter some personal details such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information.

We do not share any information gathered with external companies.

We understand the need to make your order and payment details secure, however, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if an external party accesses the data you provide when using our website.

Refund Policy

9.1 Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.
9.2 Because of the perishable nature of many Products, you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery date of your Products.
9.3 All products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flower and some plants require fresh water, if it is deemed that the products have not been cared for as per instructions on our Flower & Plant Care page then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of products.
9.4 All products that are claimed to be faulty or damaged must be returned to our shop or collected by us. We will inspect all Products returned to us claimed to be faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged we will NOT refund or offer an exchange of product
9.5 Refunds, partial refunds or an exchange will be given if the product is proved to be faulty or damaged and will be at the owner’s discretion and their decision will be final
9.6 Any Wedding booking fee or deposit for goods ordered will NOT be refunded

 

Allergy Disclaimer

None of the products we sell are manufactured by Pink Sage Limited.  All our stock is sourced from several different suppliers and come already pre-packaged.  Our products can all be found online, and the packaging will contain details regarding ingredients.  Please read the packaging of your purchases very carefully.

All our products are carefully packaged but we cannot guarantee that any trace of nuts or other allergy foods will not be found in some of the products we supply.  Some products on this website may be produced in facilities where nuts are present, and we cannot be held responsible for this content.
